How to complete a reservation of a facility:
1. Complete the Facility Use Form
2. Complete the Indemnification & Contribution Agreement
3. Pay the required deposit and the usage fees, as applicable
Reservations may be held for a maximum of 10 days and must be made at least 24 hours before the requested date. If you do not finalize your request within 10 days of initiating, your requested date will open up to others.

* If you plan to serve alcohol(hard liquor is not allowed) at your event, you need a “Special Event Permit” from the NYS Liquor Authority.
* If your guest expectation exceeds 100 guests, you will be required to provide a porta-potty for the event and may be asked to complete an operating permit.
