CAMPING SEASON 2024
The 2024 Camp Season begins on Friday, May 10th, and ends on Monday, October 14th.
Daily Reservations are not accepted until we have completed our seasonal registration process. This process is completed by May 1st. See the bottom of the page for information on seasonal camping registrations.
To complete a Daily Registration:
- Please call (518) 251-2869 or email [email protected] to inquire about available sites for the date you hope to camp.
- Complete the Camp Registration Form below and make your payment to finalize your registration. We accept cash, checks, or debit/credit cards for campsites.
- When paying by card, please complete the Payment form or call (518) 251-2869. We may require a photo of your photo ID to be provided by email for verification.
- You MUST have your registration, payment, and any other required documentation(as applicable), within 10 calendar days of initiating your request. If mailing, please mail promptly, so you do not lose your reservation. We reserve the right to cancel your pending reservation if we do not receive all the required documentation.

- Group Sites; are intended for authorized groups, such as Boy Scouts Troops, Youth Groups, etc. Authorized groups will always be given priority on these sites. Individuals can reserve a Group Site but are expected to treat the Group Site as a Tent ONLY Site and follow the same rules as any other site with a maximum of 4 adults and a total of 8 people(when including children).
SEASONAL CAMPING:
- Round 1: Previous seasonal campers are invited to return and have the opportunity to reserve their previous campsite until Thursday, March 28, 2024. We are allowing a maximum of 30 seasonal sites this year.
- Round 2: From Monday, April 1 to April 26, 2024, we invite our Seasonal Camper Waiting list to secure a seasonal site. If there is still availability we will accept additional interested campers.
- Round 3: After May 1, 2024, daily reservations will be open to the public. (Reservations will be accepted sooner if the seasonal site maximum is met early.)
- Starting April 1st, we are accepting registrations to be placed in a queue for Minerva Day, Saturday, July 6th. Minerva Day weekend; you are required to reserve a minimum of 2 nights for Minerva Day Weekend (the nights of Friday, July 5th & Saturday, July 6th). Registrations will be processed in the order they are received. Once the available sites are determined for the season, we will contact you accordingly.
