Covid Rent Relief

The state has come out with a covid rental relief program to help those renters that pay more than 30% of their gross income for rent. The period covers April, May, June and July 2020, but they are not required to owe back rent to qualify. There is a very short window to apply, it must be done this month, window closes at the State February 1st.
