Meeting Minutes for Wednesday, January 08, 2020

Roll Call:
Members Present: Tom McNally-Chair, Duane Ricketson, and Zachary Boucher. John Brown excused.

19:05-Call to Order by Tom at the Town Hall.
19:05-Public Comments: None.

December 2019 draft Public Hearing and Monthly Meeting Minutes were distributed and read.
19:06-Motion to approve the December 2019 Public Hearing Meeting Minutes was made by Duane, seconded by Tom, with all in favor, none opposed.
19:08-Motion to approve the December 2019 Monthly Meeting Minutes was made by Tom, seconded by Duane, with all in favor, none opposed.

Old Business:
Patrick Allen/Kathleen Tenyck Update – Should still be in the 90 day APA Comment Period.
Wamsley Road – Nothing new to report.
Solar Update – Duane has no additional changes. The Board request Zack email John Williams, CEO to send in his proposed changes for review at the February Monthly Meeting. After review, the updates can then be submitted to the Town Board.

New Business:
Next Monthly Meeting will be Wednesday, February 05, 2020 at the Town Hall.
The Board discussed the vacant position and decided to wait until the February Monthly Meeting for an organizational vote.
APA Local Government Day will be April 29 & 30 at the Crowne Plaza in Lake Placid. Let Zack know if you plan to attend.
