18:58-Call to Order by Alice.

Approved Meeting Minutes for September 2019 were distributed.
October 2019 Draft Meeting and Public Hearing Minutes were distributed.
November 2019 did not have a meeting.
19:02-Motion to approve the October 2019 Monthly Meeting Minutes and Public Hearing Minutes was made by Terri, seconded by Ben, with all in favor, none opposed.

Old Business: Nancy Roblee Side Yard Setback Variance
19:08-Motion was made by Alice, seconded by Ben, to approve the 15ft side yard setback for a variance of 5ft, with all in favor, with roll call vote:
Alice – Yes
Ben – Yes
Terri – Yes

Training Session Update – Nothing new to report. APA Local Government Conference will be in April 2020 in Lake Placid.
