Fitness Program for Seniors
Senior fitness classes are held on Mondays and Thursdays at 9:30 AM in the Minerva Community Center.
This is a FREE program!
Seniors (adults 55 and over) who are interested in participating in the fitness program should first contact one of the volunteer instructors for more information.
