Seasonal Camping

SEASONAL CAMPING:

Please review the following information and deadlines for the 2026 Seasonal Camping registration at the Town of Minerva Campground. We are offering a maximum of 30 seasonal sites this year.

  1. Round 1: (February – March 27, 2026) Previous seasonal campers may reserve their former campsite through Friday, March 27, 2026. Invitations will be sent to previous campers by early February.
  2. Round 2:  (March 30 – April 24, 2026): Invitations will be sent to those on the waiting list. If availability remains, we will then accept new campers. Please respond promptly; if we do not receive a quick response, we will move to the next person on the list.
  3. Round 3: (After May 1, 2026) Daily reservations will be open to the public, and the seasonal offer process will close. Daily Reservations will be accepted earlier if the seasonal site maximum is met before May 1st.

Registration Steps:
1. Seasonal Invite/Request:
Previous Seasonal Campers: Please confirm your return or send your regrets by the Round 1 deadline.
Waitlist Invites: If you are invited from the waitlist, please respond by the Round 2 deadline.
General Public Invites: Should the waitlist deplete, the remaining options will be opened to the general public, closing the seasonal process by the Round 2 deadline.
2. Submit Registration: Provide your completed form via mail, email, or in person at Town Hall (Monday–Friday). Complete your forms by the appropriate deadlines to avoid unnecessary loss of your requested site.
3. Submit Payment: Once your registration is received, we will accept payment. Payments are due as soon as possible.
Online: Credit, Debit, EFT, or Cash App via Square invoice.
In Person: Cash, Check, Money Order, or Debit/Credit card.
By Mail: Check or Money Order.
 
Important Deadlines:
You must complete your registration, submit payment, and provide all required documentation within 10 calendar days of your initial request. If mailing materials, please do so promptly to ensure you do not lose your reservation.
 
Pet Requirements:
If you have pets, we require proof of rabies vaccination at the time of registration. Failure to provide this may result in the cancellation of your registration. Acceptable proof includes:
– A veterinarian’s document listing the date of inoculation and the expiration date.
– A current dog license receipt (not just a tag number) that shows the vaccination and expiration dates.
 
Group Sites:
Group sites are prioritized for authorized organizations such as Scout Troops and Youth Groups. Individuals may reserve a group site but must treat it as a tent-only site. Individual reservations are limited to a maximum of 4 adults and a total of 8 people (including children). Individuals are not permitted to host large groups on these sites.
