Marriage Licenses
Marriage License Requirements:
- You must apply in person; both parties must be present.
- Proof of Age: Birth Certificate, Certified Copy, or Certified Transcript of Birth.
- Proof of Identity: State-issued Photo ID, Valid Driver’s License, or Passport.
- Proof of divorce, annulment, dissolution, widow/widower: bring all documentation from any previous Marriages: Certified Copy of the Decree of Divorce or a Certificate of Dissolution of Marriage, deceased spouse information, etc.
- There is a fee of $40.00, payable to the Town of Minerva. This fee includes the Marriage License and issuance of a Certificate of Marriage Registration, upon return of the completed Marriage License.
