NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Minerva, Essex County, New York, will meet in the Town Hall, 5 Morse Memorial Highway, in Minerva, New York, in said Town, on June 8, 2021 at 7:00 o’clock P.M., Prevailing Time, for the purpose of conducting a Special Board Meeting for the purpose of discussing a Resolution to Authorize the Issuance of $2,400,000 Bonds of The Town of Minerva, Essex County, New York, to Pay the Cost of the Increase and Improvement of the Facilities of Water District No. 1.

A Public Hearing was held on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 6:30 pm for the purpose of discussing a certain map, plan and report, including an estimate of cost, in relation to the proposed increase and improvement of the facilities of the Minerva Water District No. 1, in said Town, consisting of replacement and reconstruction of water mains, including hydrants, gate valves, and service lines together with original furnishings, equipment, machinery, apparatus, appurtenances, and incidental improvements and expenses in connection therewith, at a maximum estimated cost of $2,400,00.
